Getting Ready for that Ole Easter Bunny . . .

This was a huge event for Owen this year!  He was finally really able to participate in Easter this year.  There was so much to do to prepare for the blessed event.  We have been practicing hunting for eggs for weeks now, which was absolutely neccessary in order to give it the full effect.  We got him the perfect Easter basket and even got the coolest shoes to go with his Easter outfit!  So much took place before the Easter Bunny came to visit. 

We went to Kentucky for the weekend and Owen participated in the traditional event of coloring eggs with Memaw.  She has done it with the kids the night before Easter for as long as I can remember.  This even includes before Wade and I were married.  I'm talking way back before Owen was even an thought.  As I'm sure you can all imagine, Owen dove in with bells on.  He gave it all he had and came up with some pretty remarkable colored eggs.
