Nothin' To It

Owen has been off the bottle for many months now, has transitioned quite easily to a sippy cup, has finally started drinking from a straw, and now, he is drinking from a cup.  Don't get me wrong, he always drank from a cup, just not very successfully.  He would get whatever he was drinking EVERYWHERE if we weren't helping him. This usually included whatever Wade and I would be drinking because those sneaky hands would find our drinks on the countertop and proceed to help himself to them.  And yes, he would get a refreshing drink along with a shower from whatever would be in the glass.  It has something to do with depth perception and not being able to quite measure the distance to their mouths.  But now, our little man is a little man.  It is so cute to watch him try to be big and how proud he is of himself when he accomplishes something new.  Here are a few pictures to share the event.  We were eating our traditional Saturday family breakfast and Owen, much to my surprise, was enjoying some watered down orange juice.  Hope you like the pictures!
